Lead railway track construction with ONxpress Civils, directing field operations, equipment deployment, and safety across current and operational infrastructure.

The Track Construction Manager plans and delivers special trackwork, renewals, earthworks, and associated systems. This contractor-side leadership role supports infrastructure upgrades, electrification, and up-to-date signalling. You will coordinate construction, engineering, planning, project, and client interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:
Define methodologies and method statements for trackworks execution
Lead field operations across multiple work fronts
Manage activities against schedules and milestones
Deploy engineering trains and rail-mounted equipment safely
Lead, mentor, and develop site teams





Requirements:
10 to 15 years of contractor-side railway construction experience
At least six years in heavy rail or ballasted track construction
Experience in brownfield and operational railway environments
Hands-on experience with hi-rail equipment, tampers, regulators, and track machines
Robust safety leadership and English communication skills
