This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of all hotel operations, ensure financial success, and deliver exceptional guest experiences—all while helping to build a strong and inclusive workplace.Key Responsibilities Lead daily hotel operations including Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Bar & VLT services, and tenant managementProvide strategic direction to achieve financial and service excellenceRecruit, train, and mentor staff to build a motivated, high-performing teamUphold hotel brand standards and ensure guest satisfactionDrive revenue growth through smart sales and marketing initiativesManage budgeting, cost controls, and financial reportingMaintain a safe, secure, and inclusive workplace environmentLiaise with the parent company (NHDC)
