As an Asset Protection Associate, you will help prevent financial and physical loss, reduce shrink, and support store profitability. Your work includes incident investigations, case support, emergency response, and external apprehensions. You will communicate findings to Store Leadership and escalate internal investigation information according to Company guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct daily store patrols for safety and security
- Verify doors, showcases, and security features function properly
- Investigate shrink incidents and communicate findings to leadership




- Support emergency procedures and store task team responsibilities
- Carry out external apprehensions under policy and legal standards

Requirements:

- Be at least 16 years old
- Hold a Security Guard License
- Work evenings, weekends, and holidays when required
- Stand, bend, and lift inventory or supplies as required
- Lift up to 20 pounds and occasionally 50 pounds
