Support retirees during overnight hours at Cogir Senior Living, providing personal care, transfers, and compassionate resident-focused assistance. The schedule runs from 11 PM to 7 AM.

As an Unregulated Care Provider, you will report to the Health and Wellness Manager and perform selected care tasks. Your work supports residents in independent living, assisted living, and memory care settings. You will follow individualized plans, regulatory standards, company procedures, and supervisor direction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Apply person-centered approaches as part of the inter-skilled team
- Follow care plans determined by the supervising manager
- Support resident move-ins and transfers with clinical teams
- Provide cognitive, social, emotional, and psychological support




- Escalate emergencies and safety concerns appropriately

Requirements:

- Personal Support Worker education or equivalent professional healthcare training
- Senior care experience in community health services settings
- Demonstrated personal care knowledge and practical skills
- Strong communication, organization, time management, and customer focus
- Vulnerable Sector Screening and Criminal Background Check required
