As part of the Abercrombie & Fitch Co. store leadership team, you will guide Brand Reps and Stock Associates. You will supervise floor operations, support customer experience, and drive daily sales achievement. The work includes opening and closing routines, register operation, and reporting analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform opening and closing routines
Guide and coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates
Operate register and point of sale systems
Drive customer experience and daily sales achievement
Analyze reporting for store decisions

Requirements:
At least one year of retail experience preferred
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred
Robust customer focus and interpersonal skills
Robust communication, initiative, and confidence
Availability Saturdays, Sundays, and certain holidays
