As Head of Partnerships, you will work with Valital’s founders to accelerate commercial growth. Develop relationships across RegTech, FinTech, AML/KYC, GRC, identity verification, and third-party risk management. Turn strategic connections into integrations, signed agreements, and recurring revenue through direct business development.

Requirements:
Eight-plus years in partnerships, business development, sales, or leadership
Established RegTech or FinTech ecosystem network
Success converting strategic partnerships into revenue
Understanding of integrations, enterprise sales, and partnership models
Executive engagement and commercial negotiation experience
