As a Production Machine Operator, you will set up equipment, perform production functions, and resolve process issues. The position requires print reading, computer skills, machine checks, and accurate production records. You will also inspect your work, maintain housekeeping standards, and train other operators as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC or manually controlled equipment
Troubleshoot production issues to meet required standards
Inspect completed work using precision measuring equipment
Record production data in required tracking systems
Maintain 5S and train operators as needed

Requirements:
Grade 12 diploma
Equivalent machining background or mechanical aptitude
Ability to work weekends
Ability to read and interpret production prints
Canadian Controlled Goods and ITAR compliance required
