This is a full time, five-day presence at the Alma, Québec project office. Support project leadership on the modernization of the Îles Maligne hydroelectric power plant. The Human Resources Business Partner will shape project culture, integrate HR processes, and coordinate partner and subcontractor teams. The position covers recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development, engagement, and compliance.
