Position Summary:

Donaldson Company, Inc. is a global leader in filtration technology, committed to helping our customers advance their business through creative filtration solutions. We are currently seeking a Sales Representative II to join our Process Filtration team. This position is ideal for an individual who is customer-focused and results-driven, with an interest in building a long-term career in sales. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for managing assigned accounts, developing customer relationships, and driving aftermarket sales growth in alignment with Donaldsons business objectives. Qualified candidates must be able to work a remote schedule and must reside within Quebec or Ontario.

Role Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow Sales within assigned customer accounts.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of filtration technologies, applications, and equipment operations to effectively support customer needs and promote repeat business.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Execute follow-up activities including mailings, filter testing coordination, report preparation, and customer support.
• Identify and pursue additional sales opportunities,
  
  
  
  including those related to non-Donaldson equipment.

Travel: Up to 30%

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in sales or customer service.
• Fluency in English and French.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated motivation to achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM and ERP systems.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to communicate effectively across multiple levels.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
