As a Sample Preparation Technician, you will support laboratory operations by preparing samples for analysis. The 4-days-on, 4-days-off rotation includes day shifts from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM and night shifts from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Your work includes sample handling, quality control checks, computer records, and safety compliance. Accuracy and timely results remain central to this laboratory position.
Key Responsibilities:
Unpack, sort, and inspect mineral samples
Crush and pulverize samples using specialized laboratory equipment
Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols
Complete required quality control checks
Enter and maintain sample information accurately
Requirements:
High School Diploma
Ability to lift consistently up to 25 kg
Robust hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
Intermediate computer skills and English fluency
Flexibility for rotating day, night, and weekend shifts
