As Snow Shovel Crew Lead, you will lead and work alongside a sidewalk-clearing crew. You will organize routes, assign work, transparent snow and ice, and operate snow blowers and sidewalk equipment. The position requires short-notice availability, long shifts, and communication with supervisors.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and work alongside sidewalk-clearing crew members

Transparent snow and ice from sidewalks, steps, entrances

Inspect properties and document completed work

Requirements:
Valid Class 5 driver's licence
Phone with an active data plan
Ability to lead crews and work independently
Ability to perform physical work in harsh winter conditions
Dependability and short-notice availability
