As a Public Health Nurse at Guildford Public Health, you will plan, organize, implement, and evaluate services. Your work supports individuals, families, groups, and communities through universal and targeted interventions. Key Responsibilities:
Immunize children and adults against vaccine preventable diseases
Investigate communicable diseases and assist with outbreak management
Provide prenatal, postnatal, and family assessments
Deliver health information,

Requirements:
Current Registered Nurse registration with BCCNM
Graduation from an approved nursing school with public health component
Six months recent relevant public health nursing experience
Valid Class V B.C. driver's licence and personal vehicle access
Knowledge of epidemiology, family health, and community development
