As Key Lead, you will act as leader-on-duty while fostering inclusion, developing associates, and executing the Knix selling model. The position centers on conversion, Average Order Value, product knowledge, fitting support, and genuine recommendations. You will help maintain store standards while building customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead opening, closing, huddles, and daily target communication
Coach associates through real-time, side-by-side feedback
Drive conversion, Average Order Value, and store sales
Execute fitting support and product recommendations




Maintain visual, inventory, POS, and safety standards

Requirements:
One to two-plus years of retail experience
Keyholder, supervisory, or leadership experience preferred
Understanding of conversion, Average Order Value, and UPT
Solid mentoring, coaching, and relationship-building skills
Availability for 15 to 20 weekly hours, including evenings
