Support Fix Network employees and franchisees bilingually through phone and email, resolving hardware, software, workstation, and network issues. Work with the IT Services Manager and existing team.

The Bilingual IT Support Technician provides ongoing technical assistance across Fix Network’s locally owned and operated brands. Responsibilities include troubleshooting LANs, WANs, peripherals, Internet connections, Windows workstations, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Azure. The position also supports email accounts, user training, documentation, and software applications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide telephone and electronic IT support to users
- Troubleshoot networks, workstations, peripherals, and Internet connections
- Prepare and configure computers and related equipment




- Diagnose technical issues and provide timely resolutions
- Maintain knowledge base entries for recurring problems and solutions

Requirements:

- Bilingual French and English communication, written and spoken
- University degree or diploma in IT Support
- Minimum one year of related experience
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure, and Microsoft 365
- Excellent Windows 10 and Windows 11 knowledge
