Reporting to the Office Manager, this receptionist handles front-desk service and varied administrative coordination. The position requires bilingual verbal and written communication, switchboard experience, Microsoft Word and Excel, and organized time management. You will support visitors, mail, deliveries, refunds, and Insurance Claims payments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet visitors and distribute and record visitor badges
- Operate the switchboard, voicemail, transfers, and message forwarding




- Process incoming and outgoing couriers and document waybills
- Prepare refund cheques and coordinate deliveries
- Maintain organized reception areas, postage, mail, and payments

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years’ reception, insurance, or banking experience
- Fluent spoken and written English and French
- Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel skills
- Criminal, employment, and reference checks completed successfully
