This is an prospect to work in a high-level legal environment alongside experienced lawyers on complex and strategic matters for sophisticated clients, particularly in commercial litigation, class actions and construction law. Under the supervision of the firm’s partners, you will play an active role in managing and handling a variety of complex litigation matters. Working on significant civil and commercial litigation matters Participating in class actions and construction litigation matters Conducting in-depth legal research and analysis Drafting pleadings, memoranda, legal opinions and other legal documents Contributing to the development of strategies tailored to clients’ legal and business objectives 1 to 5 years of experience in litigation ~ Strong interest in commercial litigation, class actions and construction law ~ Fully bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken ~ Excellent legal research, analytical and drafting skills ~ Renowned boutique firm recognized for the quality of its litigation practice
