LOFT Community Services seeks a Personal Support Worker for Toronto East Seniors Services on Kingston Road. This Tuesday-to-Saturday night shift supports vulnerable older adults and seniors across multi-site programs. The work addresses physical, cognitive, mental health, and social or recreational needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide compassionate physical and mental health support
Assist with hygiene, mobility, meals, and personal care
Support medication protocols and self-administration programs
Maintain accurate records and participate in care planning
Respond to emergencies and report incidents appropriately

Requirements:
Post-secondary Human Services education or related qualification
Experience supporting seniors and vulnerable populations
Current First Aid and CPR certification
Solid assessment, problem-solving, and crisis intervention skills
Satisfactory vulnerable sector check required
