This hourly keyholder leads the sales floor and delivers Veronica Beard’s high-touch client experience. The position emphasizes styling, clienteling, sales goals, fashion trends, and team coaching. You will also support store leadership through opening, closing, and Manager-on-Duty responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver personalized styling and service reflecting Veronica Beard standards
Build client relationships through outreach, follow-up, and events
Communicate priorities and organize daily floor coverage




Mentor Sales Associates through coaching and team selling
Support visual updates and maintain client-ready store standards

Requirements:
At least one year of retail sales experience
Previous keyholder or retail leadership experience preferred
Luxury or contemporary fashion experience preferred
Solid styling, clienteling, communication, and problem-solving skills
Adaptable availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and opening shifts
