The Operator adjusts machines according to material types and production priorities. You will check material batches, coordinate priorities with the Buffer Manager, and communicate product anomalies to your team leader. The position supports production flow according to TOC principles while preparing parts for subsequent stages. Manual dexterity, adaptability, and group collaboration are key for daily work.
