Support everyday banking clients at CIBC through thoughtful questions, transaction assistance, and digital banking guidance. This is a full time onsite position.
As a Client Engagement Associate within Personal and Business Banking, you will support clients at the Kildare & Caldwell Banking Centre. You will answer questions, manage account needs, explain financial products, and connect clients with appropriate specialists. The position also includes basic product sales and relationship building.
