Early Childhood Educators at BrightPath Kids develop children’s abilities through curriculum-based programming and supportive classroom care. This is full time work with no evenings or weekends.

As an Early Childhood Educator, you work alongside teachers and families to provide children with a home away from home. You implement BrightPath’s curriculum, protect children’s well-being, and discuss progress with parents and staff. You also maintain organized classroom materials and build team-oriented relationships.

Develop programs supporting children’s development
Maintain environments protecting children’s well-being
Assess children’s abilities, interests, and needs
Discuss progress with parents and staff
Maintain clean, organized classroom materials

Requirements:
Early Childhood Education Level 1, 2, or 3 certification
B.Ed. or equivalent
Meet provincial childcare employment requirements
Current Standard First Aid and infant child CPR
Current immunization and health assessment
