Build prototypes with programming, research, and teamwork skills in RBC Amplify’s intensive summer innovation program in Calgary.

As a student Developer, you will tackle real RBC business challenges with a cross-functional team of business, data, and programming specialists. You will collaborate, ideate, research, design, create, and pitch a fully functional product or solution. The program supports your work with coaches, mentors, subject matter experts, technical training, and qualified resources.

Key Responsibilities:

- Research and define solutions for real RBC business challenges
- Design and create a fully functional prototype
- Collaborate with cross-functional business, data, and programming specialists
- Work with stakeholders, mentors, and executive sponsors




- Present project strategy, communications, and outcomes

Requirements:

- Currently enrolled in post-secondary education
- Graduating between August 2027 and June 2028
- Understanding of programming languages, databases, platforms, or web technologies
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and processes
- Experience with cloud, mobile, DevOps, full-stack, or API technologies
