Produce pizza dough for Domino's in Winnipeg while using batch mixing, quality checks, and sanitation skills on a scheduled shift. This production role supports Manitoba SCC operations.

The Dough Production Worker assists with complete pizza dough processing and manufacturing. You will rotate among dough making, dough placing, tray washing, and cross/down stacking. The work also supports warehouse needs, equipment cleaning, production records, and protected operations throughout the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up, measure, mix, and record dough batches
- Place dough balls into trays and check weights
- Stack, down stack, and rotate trays for shipment
- Load tray washers and monitor gauges, temperature, and detergent
- Clean, sanitize, and reassemble production equipment

Requirements:

- High School Diploma or GED
- One year of production or manufacturing experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
- Ability to work around machinery, vibration, and temperatures
- Strong attention to detail and production reading skills
