Use Oracle Primavera P6 and project controls expertise onsite in Denver to support Xcimer Energy’s Inertial Fusion Energy program.
As a Program Planning and Controls Specialist, you will support complex engineering projects through planning, scheduling, documentation, tracking, and reporting. You will coordinate with element leads, engineers, manufacturing, procurement, finance, and cross-functional teams. Your work will connect milestones, costs, resource inputs, and performance metrics across program activities.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation
Track milestones and report progress using Jira and project tools
Analyze engineering release metrics and elevate potential risks
Track labor, procurement, commitments, and project costs




Develop forecasts and analyze planned, committed, and actual variances
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or three years of related experience
Five or more years in project controls or coordination
Three or more years using Oracle Primavera P6
Experience building and maintaining resource-loaded schedules
Solid organization, communication, problem-solving, and technical skills
Support Xcimer Energy’s engineering execution with Primavera P6 scheduling, cost tracking, milestone reporting, and cross-functional coordination.
