This Operations Associate role suits recent or upcoming graduates pursuing Business, Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, or related studies. You will partner with Managing Directors, Account Executives, and Talent Recruiters across recruiting and sales workflows. The position provides exposure to candidate assessment, client operations, invoicing, reporting, and office coordination.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate candidate assessments, background checks, and client fee agreements
Manage placement workflows through People2.0 and resolve onboarding questions
Maintain Bullhorn CRM/ATS data and prepare weekly reports
Coordinate invoicing, billing spreadsheets,



and receivable communications
Support calendars, events, vendors, facilities, and internal communications
Requirements: Recent or upcoming graduate with relevant degree or diploma
Interest in professional staffing, executive search, or B2B sales
Excellent time-management skills and dependable attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Comfort using Microsoft 365 and learning enterprise tools
Develop operational, recruitment, sales, and commercial foundations while supporting Elby's recruiting and client service teams.
