Boshart Industries seeks Retail Customer Service Support in Milverton, Ontario. This role builds customer relationships, supports Customer Service Representatives, and collaborates with the Sales Team. You will process orders, provide technical and purchasing solutions, maintain customer information, and support customer satisfaction through accurate, efficient service.
Key Responsibilities: Process customer orders promptly and accurately
Provide solutions to technical and purchasing requirements
Maintain customer agreements and trade show documents




Update customer interactions within the CRM tool
Promote specials and alternative products to customers
Requirements: Six months to one year of similar work experience
Experience using Microsoft Office programs
Well or plumbing product knowledge is an asset
Maintain accurate information and follow organizational processes
