Roofmart needs an Inside Sales representative with solid customer service and organizational skills to support customers in-store and by phone.
This Inside Sales role makes you the first customer contact for sales transactions. You will serve shoppers, complete purchases, and support lasting customer relationships. The position also includes banking reconciliation, purchasing, and compliance with health and safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities: Serve customers shopping in-store or calling the branch
Complete sales transactions accurately and efficiently
Prepare daily banking reconciliation reports
Complete purchasing activities for branch needs
Build relationships with existing and prospective customers
Requirements: One or more years of retail, business, accounting, or sales experience
Strong customer service skills
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Authorization to work in Canada
Desire to succeed at Roofmart
Bring customer service, sales transaction, purchasing, and organizational skills to Roofmart’s Inside Sales team supporting branch customers.
