Youth Forge in Toronto, Canada seeks a Speaker Booking Agent to research, contact, and secure speaking engagements for the Executive Director. You will craft personalized pitches aligned with the organization's mission and maintain CRM records.
Travel to conferences is required periodically as events occur every few weeks in fall, winter, and spring. The role is mostly remote with travel, offering performance-based commissions of 15%–30% per paid engagement and no pay cap.
