Arnot Health is seeking a compassionate Mental Health Assistant to join the Behavioral Science Unit. You will provide direct and indirect patient care under RN supervision, ensuring safety and supportive communication for psychiatric patients.
duties include monitoring behavior, assisting in care plans, and collaborating with the care team to support individualized treatment. This is a full time, on-site role with 24/7 operations and potential for crisis intervention responsibilities.
