As TTEC’s Learning and Development Trainer, you will report to the Learning and Development Manager. You will engage recent hires in training environments, deliver programs accurately and on time, and support training goals. The work includes client product training, coaching, and guidance toward best practices. You will help associates understand the tools, resources, and systems needed for their roles while fostering collaboration. This position supports new career journeys through structured learning and performance expectations.
Key Responsibilities: Facilitate onboarding and client-specific training programs




Mentor and coach recent hires within training goals
Deliver high-quality client product training
Inspire learners to reach training expectations
Support accurate, timely training delivery
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent
Six months training, adult learning, or call center experience
Computer experience
Ability to foster collaboration and inclusive learning
Ability to support tools, resources, and systems knowledge
