Canadian Blood Services seeks a regular part-time Donor Centre Representative for its Collections team. You will greet donors, confirm and rebook appointments, answer questions, and help provide secure blood and blood products for patients. The work includes fixed and mobile donor centres.
Key Responsibilities: Greet donors and create welcoming experiences
Confirm and rebook donor appointments
Respond to donor questions using client service skills
Prepare workstations, computers, printers, and schedules
Assist with mobile event booth and equipment setup
Requirements: Completion of high school
One year of hospitality or customer service experience
Volunteer experience considered an asset
Microsoft Word and Outlook technical skills
Flexibility for varied assigned shifts and mobile events
Bring communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills to Canadian Blood Services donor centres supporting meaningful patient care.
