As Operations Manager, you will direct store operations and back-of-house teams while collaborating with store management. Your scope includes stock management, product flow, cash reconciliation, after-sales service, maintenance, inventory oversight, and policy enforcement. You will also uphold health and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive operational excellence using quantitative and qualitative KPI dashboards
Organize back-of-house areas, stock rooms, counters, and holding areas
Develop inventory strategies and oversee cycle counts and reconciliation
Monitor payment flows, tenders, tills,



and transaction discrepancies
Lead product care and after-sales service efficiency

Requirements:
Minimum five years of retail operations management experience
Experience in rapid fashion or luxury retail preferred
Proven inventory, logistics, and store operations success
Proficiency in inventory software, SAP, and Microsoft Office
Ability to work flexible schedule, weekends, and holidays
