As a Retail Operations Lead, you share responsibility for operational excellence while upholding PetSmart’s vision, mission, values, and strategy. You will guide associates, manage store execution, support pet care standards, and help maintain a secure, organized environment. The role includes merchandising, inventory audits, point-of-sale transactions, and store opening or closing procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
Guide associates in merchandise handling and product presentation

Requirements:
Two or more years of retail supervisory experience
Customer-focused workplace experience
Full-time availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Computer application proficiency and solid communication skills
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
