You will coordinate with scheduling, engineering, safety, and quality departments while maintaining skilled employee relationships. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise shop personnel under the collective agreement
Conduct safety meetings, audits, toolbox talks, and investigations
Coordinate schedules, targets, tools, fixtures, and component resolution
Monitor production levels, labour inputs, productivity,
and cost improvements
Ensure employee training supports BWXT procedures and objectives
Requirements:
Technical college diploma or equivalent education and experience
Five to ten years supervisory manufacturing experience
Ability to build teams and reduce costs
Solid English written and verbal communication skills
Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel proficiency
