This Intermediate Law Clerk position provides independent qualified support across corporate law files. Candidates need a minimum of five years’ corporate law experience and bilingual French-English capability. The work includes corporate document preparation, share capital verification, due diligence assistance, closing support, and accurate record keeping for national and international legal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare long-form amalgamations and continuance documents
Draft amendments, dissolutions, restorations, and easy share structures




Examine share capital and recommend changes
Assist lawyers with due diligence reviews
Draft closing agendas and attend requested closings

Requirements:
Minimum five years of experience in corporate law
Paralegal studies degree or certificate preferred
Bilingual written and spoken French and English
Corporate database experience is an asset
Ability to maintain accurate, timely work
