This manager leads a growing team of data scientists shaping product, platform, and people decisions. The work spans intelligent scheduling, hiring models, and internal sales and marketing targeting. You will partner with Engineering, Product, Design, and platform engineering.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and grow high-performing data scientists
Deliver models powering scheduling, hiring, payroll, pricing, and personalization
Design A/B and multivariate experiments
Embed data and AI into user experiences
Advise cross-functional and executive stakeholders

Requirements:
6+ years in data science, applied machine learning, or AI development
2+ years leading and mentoring data scientists
Solid machine learning background
Production ML model delivery experience
Proficiency in SQL and Python
