About the Role
Our client, a dynamic creative agency based in Kimberley , is seeking talented and ambitious individuals to join them as Apprentice Graphic Designers. You will work on a variety of exciting projects for diverse clients, developing your skills in visual communication, branding, and digital design. The apprenticeship involves comprehensive training in industry-standard design software and creative processes, mentored by experienced designers. A good understanding of design principles and a passion for visual arts are essential. This role embraces a hybrid work model, combining in-office collaboration and creative brainstorming sessions at our Kimberley studio with opportunities for remote work and independent project development. This apprenticeship is designed to nurture talent and provide a solid foundation for a successful career in graphic design. Assist in the creation of visual concepts for a wide range of design projects, including logos, brochures, social media graphics, and web elements. Learn and utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).



Collaborate with senior designers and account managers on project briefs and requirements. Prepare final artwork files for print and digital production. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas. Research design trends and industry best practices. Manage multiple design tasks and deadlines effectively. Organize and maintain design assets and project files. Receive and implement feedback on design work constructively. A relevant qualification in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related creative field, or a strong portfolio showcasing design potential. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is highly desirable. Positive understanding of design principles and visual communication.
