Lead regional HSS&E; programs from Toronto, using health and safety expertise to support Brookfield Energy’s renewable energy portfolio.

As Regional HSS&E; Director, you will advise Asset Management and portfolio companies across geographically dispersed, high-risk operations. You will guide program implementation, incident investigations, regulatory interpretation, and continuous improvement. The work supports Brookfield HSS&E; standards and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and advise regional Asset Management teams
Implement HSS&E; programs across portfolio companies
Lead due diligence for potential acquisitions
Coordinate gap analyses and asset condition assessments
Support audits, investigations, reporting,



and training

Requirements:
Relevant degree in Health and Safety or related discipline
Minimum 10+ years of Health and Safety experience
Knowledge of standards, laws, regulations, and practices
Experience investigating complex incidents in high-risk settings
Flexibility to travel globally to operational and construction sites
