This Manager, National Accounts Underwriting position leads a team supporting some of Canada Life’s largest customers. You will strengthen retention and profitable growth through underwriting discipline, policy knowledge, and sound governance. The work includes market analysis, renewal discussions, and collaboration across a matrix organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Promote strong risk selection and underwriting governance
Exercise judgment on complex customer cases
Analyze market and competitor trends
Influence difficult renewal discussions with partners




Advance National Accounts initiatives with cross-functional teams

Requirements:
Progressive group advantages experience of five or more years
Expertise in underwriting practices and policy
Ability to assess and mitigate complex insurance risks
Customer-focused approach to service and business results
Ability to collaborate across internal and external stakeholders
