This Business Development Representative builds relationships with general contractors, owners, developers, architects, and engineers. Success requires managing complex sales cycles, presenting technical and business information, and supporting specification processes. You will collaborate with Victaulic’s cross-functional selling team across Fire Protection and Infrastructure, reporting to the Manager, Business Development.

Key Responsibilities:
Build relationships that create current business opportunities
Influence decisions and drive product adoption
Facilitate introductions among key construction industry players




Conduct stakeholder presentations and business development meetings
Maintain knowledge of products, applications, and services

Requirements:
Proven sales record with relationship management experience
Established Southwest Ontario construction market connections
Ability to navigate complex contractor and developer sales cycles
Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills
Willingness to travel throughout the region as required
