Key Responsibilities:
Provide move-in and annual physical examinations
Document resident assessments and maintain complete health records
Guide medical care plans for assigned residents

Requirements:
Maintain positive standing with Ontario’s College of Physicians
Current knowledge of geriatrics and gerontology
