Lead CPI learning experiences as a Crisis Prevention Training Specialist, combining crisis prevention expertise, classroom management, and customer-focused facilitation.

The Global Skilled Instructor delivers high-impact CPI programming and ancillary programs while creating a superior participant experience. This training subject matter expert supports CPI Certified Instructors with preparation, facilitation, coaching, and resources. The position applies adult-learning best practices, maintains program proficiency, and communicates frequently with participants, designees, and internal teams. Travel and training-event planning are essential parts of the work.

Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate standardized CPI programs confidently and consistently
Apply adult-learning practices to improve learner outcomes




Provide Certified Instructors coaching and classroom support
Plan training events, travel, and expense tracking
Conduct consultations, seminars, and presentations

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree with First Aid/CPR certification
At least two years of human services experience
Valid driver’s license or Real ID required
Ability to demonstrate specific physical intervention techniques
Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams proficiency
