Deliver superior customer service as a Banquet Server supporting Coast Hotel’s holiday-season catering and convention events. Work across wide-ranging shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Reporting to the Catering & Convention Manager, you will uphold Coast Hotel’s quality standards within the food and beverage department. The work includes room setup, event service, breakfast-bar support, guest requests, and cleaning. Strong communication, a professional attitude, and physical ability are important.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet guests and handle basic enquiries as a Coast ambassador
- Service catering events according to Banquet Event Orders
- Set up, tear down, and clean function rooms
- Prepare, stock, and set out food and beverages
- Check guest satisfaction and follow up on requests

Requirements:

- Serving It Right certificate required
- Hepatitis A vaccination mandatory
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
