Drive eCommerce site merchandising for Carter’s four days weekly in office, applying advanced Excel, analytics, and technical tools to online shopping.

As a Site Merchandising Specialist, you will support Carter’s digital channels across Carter’s, OshKosh B’gosh, Skip*Hop, and Little Planet. The role combines site operations, organizational skills, technical expertise, and cross-functional collaboration. You will help deliver accurate, optimized shopping experiences through promotions, product presentation, and site refreshes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead daily site scrubs with eCommerce and product category teams
- Execute price changes, promotions, destinations, and coupon codes
- Review product accuracy, links, recommendation zones, and sort rules
- Refresh homepages, landing pages, collections,



and product categories
- Train teams and mentor Site Merchandisers on initiatives

Requirements:

- Two-plus years of prior eCommerce experience required
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Constructor, Contentful, Salesforce, or Adobe Analytics
- Highly organized, detail oriented, flexible, and able to prioritize
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred
