As a Sales Associate, you contribute to sales budgets while helping maintain an orderly, welcoming retail setting. You may assist with window and merchandise displays, retrieve and sort donations, monitor inventory, and complete cash-outs. Safety procedures and daily maintenance remain essential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with window displays and merchandise layout plans
- Retrieve, sort, price, and replenish store inventory
- Monitor merchandise visually to reduce inventory shrinkage
- Process cash, debit, and credit card payments accurately




- Perform requested janitorial duties and tidy maintenance

Requirements:

- Energetic, organized, productive, and initiative-taking approach
- Creative and flexible response to changing service needs
- Attention to detail and ability to follow directions
- Current First Aid and CPR certification, or willingness to obtain
- Flexibility for weeknights, weekends, and special situations
