Direct OSAT supplier interactions and KPI assessments

Oversee sourcing of materials and substrate capacity
Mitigate supply chain risks and improve processes

Requirements:
7+ years in semiconductor or supply chain roles
Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline
Profound knowledge in OSAT workflows and agreements
Proficiency in ERP systems like SAP and reporting tools
Solid global communication skills; Mandarin is a plus
