As Senior Data Specialist, you will oversee retrocession data integrity, governance, and system processes. The position supports premium, claims, billing, in-force, and financial information. You will also bridge technical and business functions through troubleshooting, controls, and stakeholder support.

Key Responsibilities:
Investigate discrepancies and perform root cause analysis
Develop data quality measures and validation controls
Reconcile client cash flows across systems
Monitor operational indicators and escalate issues
Support enhancements, upgrades, testing, and releases

Requirements:
Minimum five years of insurance or reinsurance experience
