This full-time Restoration Program Specialist supports AECOM’s Buildings & Places business line on an airport project. The position coordinates restoration work from initial design through completion, while supporting project management, technical documentation, field reviews, and contract administration. It requires a university degree and ten years of experience, or demonstrated equivalency of education and experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate restoration programs across project engineering disciplines
Develop priorities and backlog for Lifecycle Management
Prepare reports, drawings, specifications, and project documentation




Track budgets, schedules, and QA/QC processes
Participate in field investigations and site reviews

Requirements:
University degree and ten years of experience, or equivalency
Experience with building restoration design, management, and construction
Knowledge of building systems and construction practices
Solid project management and prioritization skills
Qualified Engineers Ontario designation preferred
