Kumon seeks a franchise operations consultant skilled in relationship building, performance coaching, and prioritization for Ontario centre support.

This Franchise Business Consultant helps franchisees strengthen business practices and maintain high standards of instruction. You will build trust-based partnerships, address compliance issues, and coach teams using data and explicit feedback. The position includes regular travel and one weekly office day in Vaughan.

Key Responsibilities:
Build trust-based franchisee partnerships through timely communication
Provide coaching and modeling for instructional and operational improvement
Address compliance issues promptly and professionally
Analyze centre and market performance trends
Support recent centre openings and area analysis

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required
Two to four years of relevant management or consulting experience
Ability to motivate people and drive accountability
Excellent communication, time management, and prioritization skills
Extensive Ontario travel and occasional Saturday centre visits required
