As a Deals Restructuring Director, you will work with partners to source mandates, lead advisory teams, and grow the restructuring practice. You will develop turnaround plans, assess business plans, and coordinate distressed transactions. Financial analysis, communication, and project leadership are central to the work.

Key Responsibilities:
Source recent restructuring mandates through business development activities
Develop turnaround and realization plans maximizing stakeholder recoveries
Build financial models, forecasts, and sensitivity analyses
Coordinate distressed mergers, acquisitions, and refinancing activities




Lead stakeholders, change, teams, and restructuring processes

Requirements:
Skilled accounting or similar postgraduate designation
Financial, operational restructuring, or insolvency experience
Experience advising debtors and creditors in Canada
Solid financial analysis, reporting, and communication skills
Project management, business development, and travel willingness
